11:00 AM  –  1:00 PM Day 1 – Session 1: How to Get Universities and Schools to Align to Higher-Level Strategies A core tenet of best practice strategy is alignment—higher-level strategies inform unit-level strategies which inform function-level strategies, etc. Unfortunately, in industry and in higher education, such strategic alignment is far from common. Important messages for system leaders to hear include a desire for clarity in positioning and priorities, freedom in execution, and a juxtaposition of collaboration and accountability. Modern best practices in strategy include less micromanaging and more co-creation of guiding principles, values, and outcomes. Pragmatic recommendations, again based upon best practices, will be discussed.
1:00 PM  –  2:00 PM Lunch Break
2:00 PM  –  3:30 PM Day 1 – Session 2: Driving Moral Value across Administration and Students Today, management by values has increased in value instead of management by regulations and norms. Internalized values of administrators and teachers at schools influence the improvement of organizational behaviors effectively. Driving Values beyond administration to students in their daily life. How can we inculcate Moral high values to the future of tomorrow?
3:30 PM  –  4:00 PM Coffee & Tea Break
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Day 1 – Session 3: How Technology & Systems Thinking Applies to Education and how can we drive this within our current ecosystem. Even a small child can use a hammer and saw, but it takes a master carpenter who fully understands the tools and their limitations to build a house. We can begin to build a few structures of our own by establishing some definitions for terms needed to discuss systems thinking meaningfully. A system is a set of elements that function to achieve a common purpose. New Age technology and a subsystem is a component of a larger system; for example, the circulatory system is a subsystem of a human system. Occasionally, the larger system is referred to as a supra-system when it is talked about in relation to its subsystems. A discussion around Technology and Total Quality Management in education means a total systems approach and, as it appears increasingly apparent, a totally new system.

What can we do within the education system and outside to drive addiction from the students? Ideas on how the charity and government institutions can assist the school system.
1:00 PM  –  2:00 PM Lunch Break
2:00 PM  –  3:30 PM Day 2 – Session 2: Inculcating Lifetime Change against Corruption! Worldwide, governmental and institutional corruption seem to be ever present and persistent. For our purposes, we define corruption as a culture arising from the moral shortcomings of institutional leaders who prioritize their personal interests over the organization, institutions or groups of people for which they are responsible. As history reveals, corruption occurs even in organizations that communicate and create an image around a commitment to value systems, such as the Enron Corporation. Institutional corruption damages, inter alia, any internal trust and a shared vision; it also deters talented leaders and individuals from its cause. Realizing long-term positive change following, or during, corruption is an intensely challenging endeavor.? How can we inculcate habits and lifestyle drive change against corruption.
3:30 PM  –  4:00 PM Coffee & Tea Break
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Day 2 – Session 3: How to drive character education? Humans are social beings who mutually cooperate and interact with each other that have an impact on the changes and dynamics of a complex life, both individually and in groups that may be able to uphold the value and dignity and vice versa, it can be influenced by individual and group characteristics in living his life. The purpose of this session is to discuss the application and outcome of character education. The value systems can be applied in various levels of education from basic education to higher education and educational outcomes can have the characteristics of value for use, or benefits for the life of the community worthy both materially and spiritually that can solve the problem, Improvement and change of valuable moral, mental, and spiritual skills.
